IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19: As we’ve seen over the past 2 years, the ongoing issues associated with the COVID-19 pandemic have created some uncertainty in organising and preparing for events. The health of attendees and presenters is a high priority and we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and follow guidance from the World Health Organization and local authorities. If we are required to cancel an event due to advice relating to COVID-19, a full refund will be offered for the EASE training event course fee. If you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 related local or state-based travel restrictions, a full refund will be offered for the EASE training event course fee. We will not provide refunds for travel, accommodation or other services that may be required for you to attend the EASE training event. It is highly recommended that attendees seek bookings that provide full refunds and you are adequately covered by travel insurance.

EASE Training Bangkok 2022 will be presented as an intensive three day + one evening class presentation. Training is provided by GUZ BOX design + audio and certified by AFMG.

EASE training events provide a great way to learn the EASE software in a classroom environment with training provided by experienced EASE instructors. Training caters to all EASE users – from first-time users to more experienced technicians. EASE training provides discussion and examples to suit a wide range of attendees, from sound system operators to audio systems designers, manufacturers representatives to acoustic consultants.

Day time training sessions concentrate on the EASE software platform using presentations developed by AFMG staff, representatives in Germany and the USA, as well as dedicated contributions by the Australian instructor.

An evening class will concentrate on loudspeaker interaction and measurement. Demonstrations may include observations of interference between loudspeakers, acoustic coupling, the effects of rooms on microphones, room modes and a number of interesting behaviours of loudspeakers.

Demonstrations of acoustic parameters will also be shown. Reverberation time, STI, and STIPa are discussed and explained showing their influence on perceived sound and intelligibility. The link is made to relevant suggestions for different venue types.

A fully-featured time-limited demonstration version of the EASE software will be provided to all attendees prior to the training event.

GUZ BOX design + audio is the distribution partner and training provider for AFMG® software products throughout Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia. This EASE training event is provided by GUZ BOX design + audio and certified by AFMG.

Course Fee

33,000 THB
Training will be provided from a business located in Australia.
GUZ BOX design + audio is not registered for GST in Thailand.
GST will not be included in the course fee.
An Invoice will be provided following confirmation of payment.

Inclusions

The course fee includes:

• Training facilities provided by Sonos Libra
• Fully-featured time-limited demonstration version of the EASE software
• USB thumb drive containing presentation notes, supporting information, project examples, etc.
• Morning + afternoon teas

Attendees are to arrange their own travel, accommodation and main meals.

Availability

There is a maximum number of seats available.
Registrations are confirmed in the order of payments received
Registration will close once the maximum number of seats is reached.

Cancellation

Up to 4 weeks from date of EASE training event, cancellations and refunds will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the international monetary transaction fees (approx. 1500 THB).

Cancellations within 4 weeks of the EASE training event will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee (6600 THB).

Confirmed registrations may be transferred between attendees from the same company and will be accepted without charge.

Certificates

A ‘Certificate of Attendance’ will be provided on completion of the EASE Training event.
